More Testimonials

Rudy really helped me a lot. I was having problems with my dog's movement in the ring. We hadn't had a win in a while -- I was losing all my confidence that I could even show anymore (I
have been showing for 20 years and have many championships, in between Agility and Obedience). Rudy worked with me until he figured out what would work in the ring. He also gave me the confidence to win. We went from 3rd Place to Best of Winner that weekend - it was a good feeling!

He was there for me when I needed him. Hew is a great teacher and a great motivator. When you want to be a "tiddy baby." Rudy will snap you back and get you going in the right direction.

Rudy is Tops in my book!

I have taken conformation classes for approximately fifteen years.  Some of the classes were from handlers and others were from Judges and then I took some classes from Rudy
Ayala.
Until I took the classes from Rudy, I didn’t really know what the Judges were looking for.  He takes a very common sense approach to teaching and explains why you do the down and back and what the judge is looking for when you go around the ring.  Rudy also tells you where to stand with your dog so you and your dog work like a team.  I learned more from Rudy than I learned from all the other classes put together.  In the last couple of years I have consistently started winning with my dogs and I attribute this to Rudy’s classes.

I am new to showing and have been taking handling classes from Rudy. While I do not have the comfort level to show myself, quite yet, Rudy has been an inspiration and I know I will have the knowledge and tools necessary to handle in the near future. Rudy has helped others accomplish their goals and they have gone on to handle their dogs with great success. I know I will also reach these goals very soon. Thank you Rudy, for sharing your knowledge - you are indeed a great asset to the dog show world.

I met Rudy at my first dog show in Shawnee, Oklahoma in 2009. He took the time to help me and give me some show tips for showing my poodle. Every time I have seen Rudy, he  has always had encouraging words for me and told me that I should not give up.

I started going to Rudy's conformation classes over 2 years ago. I had never shown a dog in my life and had no clue on what to do or what the judge was really looking at. Over these two years, I have also taken private lessons with Rudy. He has taught me so much and has helped me gain the confidence I need to go in the ring. I owner/handled my dog to his Championship in May 2009 (he was 17 months old). Since then, I have specialed him on a limited basis and he has won Breed and an Award of Merit at a Specialty. Rudy has always been there to help me out and answer any questions I have. It's great to find him at a show and tell him of a win because he's just as happy as I am!

I have lots of things I could say about Rudy, but they can be said in just two:  Friend and Mentor.  He has always been there to give hints on how to show my dog in the best way and has been there to help by showing my dogs when needed.  Coty Blu (CH. Jubilee’s Funny Cide) owes most of his championship to Rudy.

I started showing dogs in 1994 and really enjoyed showing in UKC with American Eskimo dogs. When I started in AKC shows, I knew I needed more help – I was shy and scared going in the ring up against professional handlers – so I began taking classes with Rudy. He made me feel good, helping me to build my confidence and always letting me know I was just as good as the pros.

Since taking classes with Rudy, my Boston Terrier has been No. 2 in UKC, three years in a row; I’ve put a Champion on my French Bulldog, and Grand Champions on several other dogs. I continue showing in UKC, putting on Champion titles and I am currently working on AKC Champion titles with several dogs.

Rudy made me feel like I was the Best in the ring – I do not where I would be today in showing without him – maybe a nervous wreck! Thank you, Rudy, for sharing your knowledge and expertise.
